# Syncing Shimo VPN accounts across multiple computers

Shimo allows you to store all your VPN accounts and auxiliary files in one folder. By selecting a folder on a cloud drive (e.g. Dropbox, iCloud), you can synchronize all settings between multiple computers.

# How to sync Shimo settings

1. Create a new folder on a cloud drive (e.g. Dropbox, iCloud)

2. Click on the little Shimo icon in your menu bar

3. Click Preferences…

4. In the Advanced tab, select your cloud drive folder as **Storage Directory

   **

5. Select your cloud drive folder as Storage Directory on all your computers

6. That’s it! Shimo will now sync all your VPN accounts and auxiliary files across your computers.
